Yes, it is I, mild-mannered system administrator by day, left-wing Internet writer by night, who have politicized this natural disaster, with the feverishly-scribbled communiqués which emanate sporadically from the musty confines of my poorly-heated garret, high above the teeming streets of the Washington DC suburbs.
