Right-wing war mongers are still anxious to point out what they consider retroactive justifications for the invasion of Iraq (nearly three years later). The latest one holds that Saddam “trained thousands of radical Islamic terrorists from the region at camps in Iraq over the four years immediately preceding the U.S. invasion,” including terrorists from Algeria and Sudan.

You will not see this news anywhere but in the Weekly Standard and on various right-wing weblogs, of course, because the American news media hates America.
