I like it here. Right now, I'm house-sitting for friends (and taking care of their blue-state dogs) for a few months while they're out of the country. I had gotten thoroughly burned out on the "inside-the-Beltway" lifestyle. The DC area has lots to recommend it, but it's getting so damn overcrowded (and expensive) that it's no longer a particularly good place to live. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Pittsburgh is a good place. I like it here. Right now, I’m house-sitting for friends (and taking care of their blue-state dogs) for a few months while they’re out of the country.
