Evil Clintons Terrorize and Threaten Kathleen Willey, Again

Kathleen Willey, the pathetic woman who famously appeared on 60 Minutes in May 1998 to accuse President Clinton of sexually assaulting her, is now claiming that the Clintons have stolen a manuscript copy of her upcoming “book” Target: Caught in the Crosshairs of Bill and Hillary Clinton (published by a partner of WingNutDaily, the Internet home of anti-Clinton hysteria).

Why do I say she’s pathetic? Well, even the Office of Independent Counsel found her testimony so unreliable as to be worthless, according to Appendix B of its final report on the $70-million Monica Lewinsky investigation:

So how credible is Kathleen Willey? Apparently, not very credible at all. And that’s not the word from some Clinton lapdog, but from the OIC itself. [...] The OIC lawyers couldn’t even convince themselves that Willey was credible, let alone prove it beyond a reasonable doubt to a jury. They had already concluded that Willey was a liar. [...] [T]he OIC did not opt to forego prosecution of President Clinton on the Willey front because it could not prove Willey’s credibility to a jury: They themselves believed she was not a credible witness.

Have a look at Appendix B [PDF format] for yourself, readers. (The Left-Wing Liberal Media, by the way, couldn’t be bothered to report on Willey’s lies when the report was finally published, although they had previously fallen all over themselves rushing to assure the American public that Willey was telling the truth when she went on 60 Minutes and accused the President of the United States of sexually assaulting her.)

Kathleen Willey lied to the FBI, and subsequently admitted it to the OIC once given immunity (see Appendix B):

The Independent Counsel agreed not to prosecute Willey for any offense arising out of the investigation, including false statements in her Jones deposition, so long as she cooperated fully and truthfully with the investigation. Following that first immunity agreement, Willey gave false information to the FBI about her sexual relationship with a former boyfriend, and acknowledged having lied about it when the agents confronted her with contradictory evidence. Following Willey’s acknowledgement, the Independent Counsel agreed not to prosecute her for false statements in this regard.

So now she’s got a new “book” coming out, and her publisher’s wingnutty Web partners are printing lurid stories in which she accuses the Clintons of burglarizing her home.

Why is her “book” being published at all? Here’s why, readers:

Just in time for Hillary Clinton’s 2008 Presidential campaign comes Kathleen Willey’s explosive new book that details how her life was changed – and nearly destroyed – by Bill and Hillary Clinton. Target is full of insights about working in the Clinton White House, Bill and Hillary’s true personalities and beliefs, and never-before-released details of the intimidation campaign launched to silence Kathleen… one way or the other. Willey makes a persuasive case that Hillary should NOT be returned to the White House in ANY capacity.

And now she and her publishers are looking for some free publicity as the publication date draws near:

The theft of the manuscript early Saturday morning was suspicious, she told WND, coming only days after the first mainstream media mention of her upcoming book, which is expected to include accusations of campaign finance violations and new revelations about harassment and threats by the Clintons and their associates.

“Here we go again; it’s the same thing that happened before,” Willey told WND. “They want you to know they were there. And they got what they wanted. They pretty much managed to terrorize me again. It scared me to death. It’s an awful feeling to know you’re sound asleep upstairs and someone is downstairs.”

(The most frightening moment of all must have been when Willey had Hillary’s threatening phone calls traced… and the operator told her THE CALLS WERE COMING FROM THE UPSTAIRS EXTENSION IN HER OWN HOUSE!)

The whole thing is just pathetic, readers. Sad-sack Kathleen Willey, proven liar, whose lies were too much even for the $70-million Get-Clinton OIC to swallow, is getting paid to rehash the lies she told about Bill Clinton back in 1998, and to tell some new lies about both Clintons, just in time for Hillary’s presidential campaign. Will this be the first “swift-boating” of Campaign 2008? It won’t be the last one, that much is for sure.

  1. Stram:

What better way to sell her book than to make up some strange and bizarre scenario of those evil Clintons are after her again?

The call was coming from her upstairs extension in her own house’. That’s hilarious!

How much do you want to bet the pathological lying chickenhawk idiot boy HD writes a blog post on Willey?
