In case you missed it last week, readers, I want you to head over to Appletree and watch the amazing four-part video of a trial lawyer, drunk in court, trying his best to talk his way out of all the trouble he’s gotten himself into. The lawyer tried to blame the fact that he was (1) late for court and (2) a little, shall we say, under the weather when he did show up, on a fictitious “hit-and-run” accident which might have given him a concussion. The judge, of course, declared a mistrial once she determined that the lawyer was under the influence.
I don’t know where Gordo found this video, but it’s definitely worth watching, a better half-hour than any TV sitcom.
